One-time purchases and manual renewal
Monthly ranks and supplies are one-time purchases for one month, with no automatic renewal or automatic charges. Renew manually after expiry. Realm Identity cosmetic titles are a separate one-off purchase with no monthly expiry while this server operates. Confirm your package duration and final total at CraftingStore checkout.
In-game items
Physical items reset with the map. Use /kit to view available claims and cooldowns.
Support
Questions about packages, delivery or billing belong in a private Discord ticket. Keep your purchase reference available for staff.
Your Rust account
Use the Steam account you play Rust with when choosing a package. Follow the claim instructions shown on the individual listing.
Kit availability
Use /kit in game to view your available kits and cooldowns. Paid kits unlock six hours after a fresh map wipe.
Finding your purchase
Ranks and kit access attach to the Steam account used at checkout. Join with that account, then use /kit to see unlocked kits and /s for earned RP. Check My Realm for the latest server-confirmed account snapshot.
If you are offline
Some delivery commands wait until you join the server. Keep your receipt and join with the purchasing Steam account; allow the store queue time to process. Buying again will not repair a pending delivery.

If an item or entitlement is missing, open a private website or Discord support ticket with your purchase reference and Steam profile. Keep payment details out of public channels.
